Listen

We sit with founders, operators, and the people doing the actual work. We map your business — not from an org chart, but from how decisions and information actually flow. By the end, we have a shared picture of where the friction lives.

Imagine

This is the brainstorming phase — and it's the heart of what we do. We bring AI literacy, frameworks, and a lot of "what if" energy. Together we identify the few places where AI will create asymmetric impact, and we kill the ideas that won't.

Build

We prototype quickly and put the first working version in front of real users — your team, your customers — within weeks, not quarters. We iterate based on what they actually do, not what they say in a survey.

Hand off

The goal is a system your team owns and improves long after we're gone. We document, we train, we set up the feedback loops, and then we step back. Your team should feel sharper for having worked with us.
